Items listed are priced in Australian Currency and are inclusive with the Australian goods and services tax (GST) of 10%.
International Customers are responsible for paying any additional import duties, tariffs and taxes as by their countries custom laws and regulations. ELuxury Home is not responsible and will not compensate for any import duties, taxes and tariffs of goods/items charged by customs.
It is the Customers responsibility to contact their Countries Boarder of Security for the updated custom laws and regulations and additional fees involved.
ELuxury Home will not refund any item/s that have been returned back to ELuxury Home due to customers not paying import taxes, duties and/or tariffs. ELuxury Home will not be responsible for the goods or any form of refund/compensation.
FREE DELIVERY SERVICES
ELuxury Home may offer a variation of delivery services throughout the website. We do not offer worldwide delivery to all products listed on the ELuxury Home website.
A product listing or product category may specify a calculated rate , Flat rate or a Free delivery service.
Unfortunately our shipping carrier may not facilitate all countries and regions out of major cities therefore orders may be cancelled or an additional delivery charge may be requested after the order has been placed. Please read all our terms and conditions related to our International delivery services.
At ELuxury Home we work very hard to dispatch promptly but please allow up to 2 - 10 working days for international orders depending upon region. (Custom made products will require additional time due to production.)
ELuxury Home is not responsible for delays held due customs, courier delay, weather events, or government regulations.
All orders are sent with insurance and tracking.
CORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS
Please provide your best contact number upon checkout, and correct delivery address.
ELuxury Home will not be held responsible if goods are delivered to incorrect address,
* Additional postage/freight charges will apply if goods are returned back to Eluxury Home
* Additional postage/freight charges will apply if goods need to be redirected from incorrect address to correct address.
* ELuxury Home will not refund any monies for loss of goods, or damage to goods if incorrect address has been provided and goods are delivered to the incorrect address.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Eluxury Home highly recommended that there be someone to sign & accept the goods upon delivery.
In the event that you are unable to accept the delivery, Goods will be returned to the post office for pick up or courier depot for reschedule of delivery.
* Additional delivery charges may be charged for redelivery of goods depending upon carrier.
* ELuxury Home may charge additional freight charges, if your item is returned to back to Eluxury Home or to any one of our distribution centres, due to the failure of not accepting/claiming the delivery.
* ELuxury Home will not refund any delivery charges for items returned to ELuxury Home or one of our distribution centres.
* ELuxury Home will not be responsible for any delays caused by couriers, weather events or customs or any other unforeseen circumstances.
* ELuxury Home will not be liable for goods or refund of any monies if incorrect name and delivery address has been given.
* ELuxury Home will not be responsible for any government import stamp duties or taxes. This is the responsibility of the buyer to be fully informed of any additional charges. Please contact your countries customs office for further details.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
It is highly recommended that someone is at address to accept and sign for goods.
Please open and check your order for any breakages and damages caused during transit as a 24hour transit insurance is included with the order. If carton or packaging has any signs of damage please note it at time of delivery or If you have any concerns please add the notes before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks.
24 HOUR TRANSIT WARRANTY
ELuxury Home offers a 24 hour TRANSIT WARRANTY. All damages incurred to any product during transit must be lodged to ELuxury Home within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In the event that your good/s are received damaged please take a photo of the fault &/or damage of the product as well as any damages caused to the packaging. E-Luxury must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, please email details to email@example.com failure to do so may void your warranty. ELuxury Home will respond to and forward further instructions regarding the claim.
* Please do not handle broken glass
* Please title subject as Damages with your order number.
